Birra bianca di grano duro “Senatore Cappelli” coltivato nelle nostre terre .
Un mix di profumi vaniglia e bergamotto, al gusto appare morbida con una nota acidulata e agrumata molto rinfrescante.
Per le sue note agrumate e acidulate accompagna bene piatti a base di pesce , carpaccio, ostriche, sushi, esaltandone il sapore iodato. Del Senatore dissetante e beverina disseta in ogni momento della giornata.
Ingredienti: grano non maltato, malto d’orzo e di frumento, luppolo, spezie, acqua dalle sorgenti di S. Pietro, zucchero, lievito
