Birra rossa di alta fermentazione, stile IPA, con una buona corposità.
Rubja si distingue per i suoi profumi fruttati di bacche rosse e note di luppolo fresco, al gusto, sentori di tostato e arancia con un finale che pulisce il palato.
Ottima in ogni occasione , a tavola accompagna bene piatti a base di carne , lasagne alla bolognese, malloreddus alla campidanese , verdure ripiene.
Rubja è ottima con arrosti di manzo eccezionale con porcetto allo spiedo in un letto di mirto

Red IPA style beer (India Pale Ale) with a good body. Rubja is distinguished by its fruity aromas of red berries and fresh hop notes, the flavor hints of toast and orange with a final of hops that cleans the palate.
Excellent on every occasion, at the table goes well with meat dishes, lasagne, malloreddus Campidanese, stuffed vegetables.
Rubja is great with roast beef or suckling pig on a spit in a bed of myrtle.
