Right of Withdrawal

You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 days of receiving the goods (the courier’s tracking or the invoice date in case of pick-up at our SDA courier will serve as proof) by sending an email to info@birralara.it and following the instructions for the return procedure explained in the dedicated section.

If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the methods and terms indicated, upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, Microbirrificio Lara will refund the amount paid by the customer for the purchase of the returned items or issue a voucher of equal value within 10 working days, in agreement with the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

In any case, if you prefer to follow the formal procedure, you can withdraw from the purchase via registered letter with return receipt within 10 days of receiving the package, and return the product intact at your own expense.

We also guarantee that your personal data will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, will not be disclosed to third parties, and will be used solely for the purposes of our commercial relationship.
